Scott C. McKinley is a civil trial lawyer. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Rutgers-Camden School of Law.

For over 25 years, Scott has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for thousands of injured clients. His litigation and trial experience includes auto accidents, construction accidents, worker injuries, defective machinery and products, catastrophic brain injuries, tractor trailer and commercial vehicle accidents, electrical injuries, medical and hospital malpractice, and complex insurance coverage actions.

Besides trial work in New Jersey, Scott has litigated cases and conducted civil trial discovery in Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and internationally in Canada. He is admitted to the New Jersey and United States District Courts, and has been admitted pro hac vice to practice in the State of Tennessee.

In addition to trial work, Scott has also argued cases involving complex civil litigation and insurance coverage questions before the New Jersey Supreme Court, New Jersey Superior Court – Appellate Division, and the Tennessee Circuit Courts. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, past member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Gloucester County Bar Association.
