My name is E. J. and I would like to take the time out to thank the lawyers at Brown, Novick & McKinley, Attorneys at Law. Mike Novick was my attorney. He was concerned about my case. Written letters were sent out on a timely basis for all my appointments. Calls were made to me making sure I was satisfied with the recommendations they made for me. The secretaries were courteous. I would recommend Brown law firm to my family and friends. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 would exceed all expectations of a good law firm.
Thank you Mike Novick.

I was in a MVA in 2013. It is not easy to sum up my experience with this firm because I spent over 2 years working with them. I obtained a mild TBI in the accident but it was with their help that the pain radiating down from the back of head was actually from 4 bulged discs that the hospital did not check for. I can still remember crying in a closet at work to Lori while they were working to get what I needed for rehab treatment. I must have emailed them over 100 times flipping out over every step of the process. I would have a response almost always immediately. I never called without being offered to talk to Scott who I was working with. If Scott knew I was upset, he would call and reassure me. At arbitration everything ended quicker then my husbands return and Scott took me home. When everything did come to settlement, I was never forced or made to feel uncomfortable. I was advised and supported with how I wanted to proceed. When you need a lawyer you make the choice on who looks like they can fight and win but they went above that because I was never treated like another case but a human being going through an experience that was awful. I am grateful to have won an award because it helps me move on through what is physically damaged but it is the compassion that I can go back to that was given to me that helps me emotionally heal.

My name is Joanne J. I am 64 years old. I met Mr. Brown in March 2012 through a mutual friend. On March 23, 2012 I was involved in a horrible motorcycle accident that left me paralyzed from the waist down. A friend at my church, who works for Mr. Brown told my daughter I needed to get an attorney.
I met with Mr. Brown within a week after my accident. He came to my hospital room. I liked him immediately. He is a very kind and caring man. Don’t let his soft-spokenness fool you, he is tough in a court room.
I spoke with Mr. Brown quite often, he was always concerned with my needs. He even saw to it that I had a power chair. I met with Mr. Brown on many occasions and it was always the highlight of my day. He would make me smile. I have come to love this man and I’m proud to call him my friend, Buddy Brown.
Sincerely, Joanne J.
